This Newly Diagnosed kit is designed to help you get started on your journey to living well with Parkinson's disease. The kit includes: pocket folder, introductory letter to someone newly diagnosed, 5 Steps brochure, PD Fact Sheet, info card and Key Questions for Your Doctor Visits. Pick one up from your local Center of Excellence or from the Parkinson's Foundation.
