Pam Zeilman, ARNP obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at the University of Florida in 1995. She practiced at Shands Hospital and the VA Medical Intensive Care Unit as a registered nurse. She obtained her Master’s of Science in Adult Health Nursing at the University of Florida in 2006. She has been credentialed with the American Nurses Credentialing Center since 2007. She has also completed the National Parkinson Foundation Allied Team Training.
Pam joined the UF Health Movement Disorders team in 2006 and has received advanced training with movement disorder experts focusing on Parkinson’s disease, tremor, dystonia and a variety of rare movement disorders. She has also received advanced training in DBS programming. She has become an expert at programming Deep Brain Stimulation devices for a wide variety of disorders. Our DBS patients see her at most of their visits. She is a
critical part of our DBS surgery interdisciplinary meetings and participates in all of our DBS research studies.
